In the European Union by default: we deploy to the Frankfurt region (eu-central-1), so your data stays within GDPR scope and you do not depend on international transfer mechanisms. If your business operates outside the EU, the region is driven by where your users are and what their jurisdiction requires, not by a preference of ours: we deploy just as readily in North America, Latin America or Asia-Pacific, and across several regions at once when you need low latency in all of them. What we never do is spread data across regions without it being a deliberate, documented decision — that is exactly how compliance problems surface two years later.

You take everything with you, and it runs without us. All infrastructure is defined as code (Terraform) in your own repository, the code ships documented and tested, and the credentials are yours from day one. We keep no critical pieces in anyone's head or in accounts of ours. The test is simple: if your team can deploy without calling us, the job was done right.

Both, and in fact most of our work is the latter. Being in the cloud is not the same as being well in the cloud: what we usually find is bills inflated by oversized resources, deployments people are afraid to run, and security bolted on afterwards. For those cases we start with a two-week audit that ends in an executive report ranking the highest-impact changes by cost, risk and effort, so you decide where to start.

No. We work with AWS, GCP and Azure, and the tools we use — Terraform, Kubernetes, containers — are portable by design. We recommend a provider based on your specific case (what you already run, where your team is, which managed services save you real work), and we explain which decisions are reversible and which are not before making them. The lock-in we always avoid is the worst kind: depending on a single services vendor, ourselves included.

By putting it inside your systems, not next to them. We integrate LLMs, agents and workflow automation into the processes and tools you already use, held to the same standards as any other production component: traceability of what it does, access control, bounded costs, and a team that understands how it works and can evolve it. Our rule of thumb is that AI handles the mechanical work while decisions with consequences stay with a person.

Yes, and for most projects that is precisely the advantage: you talk directly to the people writing the code and designing the infrastructure, with no account managers in between and no juniors rotating every quarter.
