Before you ask
The questions that always come up
What if the AI gets it wrong?
That's exactly why it can't publish anything. The draft comes to you and only to you. You correct it, you approve it, and only then does it go out. If something doesn't add up, your client never sees it.
Will it write plans the way I write them?
It learns from what you give it: your history, your exercises and your foods. And everything is editable before you approve, so the plan that goes out is yours even when the draft wasn't.
Where is my data, and my clients'?
On servers in the European Union (Frankfurt), encrypted in transit and at rest. We sign a data processing agreement with you: your clients’ data is yours and you can take it with you whenever you like.
Can I generate nutrition plans?
That depends on your credentials, and the platform enforces it. If you hold the qualification your country requires to prescribe nutrition, yes. If you don't, diet generation is restricted: prescribing nutrition without the right credentials carries legal consequences, and they're yours.
Can I bring the clients I already have?
Yes, and we do it for you while setting you up: your clients, their plan history and their measurements go into the platform. You don't touch anything technical.
What if I go over my plan's client limit?
We talk it through and you move up a plan, keeping everything you already have. Bronze goes up to 15 clients and Silver up to 50; on Gold there's no cap.
